Can I use an iPad as a waiver kiosk?
Yes. Kiosk mode is a web page, so an iPad, an Android tablet or a laptop browser can run it. Open the kiosk link, leave it on the start screen and each customer signs on the shared screen. Kiosk mode is on Starter and above.
Is there a waiver kiosk app to install?
No. WaiverKit runs in the browser, so there is nothing to download from an app store. The kiosk is a link you open on the tablet.
How does the QR code waiver work?
Every waiver has a QR code and a signing link. The customer scans the code with their phone camera, the waiver opens in the browser and they sign on their own screen. QR codes work on every plan, Free included.
What happens between two customers on the kiosk?
After a signature the kiosk shows a receipt with the email address partly hidden and goes back to the start screen after 15 seconds, or as soon as someone taps to sign another. A form left alone clears itself after 90 seconds.
Does the kiosk need an internet connection?
Yes. The tablet needs a connection to open the kiosk and to send each signature.
Does WaiverKit track who has arrived?
No. WaiverKit records signed waivers: who signed, when, and the PDF. You can search them by name or email in the dashboard. It does not track attendance, arrivals or bookings.
How much does it cost?
QR code waivers are on every plan, Free included, with 30 signings a month on Free. Kiosk mode starts on Starter at $19 a month, billed monthly.
