WaiverKit ("we", "our", "us") operates the waiverkit.io website and the WaiverKit platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to our customers and signers.
We may collect the following types of data:
Waiver PDFs and uploaded files are stored using industry-standard safeguards. We use PostgreSQL for structured data and Cloudflare R2 for file storage, and we encrypt connections to our service with TLS.
We work with a small number of service providers that help us operate WaiverKit:
We retain account data for as long as your account is active and as needed to operate the service. Signed waivers may need to be retained for legal, compliance, backup, fraud-prevention, or recordkeeping reasons. You may request deletion, and we review those requests against applicable retention obligations before any hard delete is performed.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@clashware.com.
We use essential technologies for authentication, session management, security, and fraud prevention. We may also use analytics or conversion-measurement technologies to understand usage and improve WaiverKit. Where required by law, these are managed through your consent settings.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy, please contact us at contact@clashware.com.
To request a copy of your data or to request deletion, go to /dashboard/settings and open the Privacy tab, or email contact@clashware.com. Signed waivers are treated as legal records, so deletion requests are reviewed manually against applicable retention obligations before any hard delete is performed.
