Three sample waivers run on a demo account. Open one on your phone, use made-up details, sign, and the confirmation page shows you the evidence record with the personal fields removed. Demo records are deleted after 24 hours.
What to expect
- Use made-up details. The email field is optional and only used to send you the sample PDF if you ask for it.
- Nothing signed here is an agreement with anyone.
- Demo records are deleted every day; the record you see is yours for the session only.
- The demo runs on a Pro-level account so you can see guardian signing; the plan each feature needs is listed under every waiver.

The everyday case: initials on the risk clauses, a checkbox that reveals a follow-up question, an emergency contact. Kiosk mode is the same form on a tablet at the desk.

A guardian signs for one or more minors. The record ties the adult signer to each child listed.

The server timestamp, your IP address masked to its network, the device family, the template version and its SHA-256 hash, the consent text version and the signature type. A real record also keeps the name and answers as typed, the signature image and the full IP address, and generates a PDF with the same block.
