Where Smartwaiver is stronger
- Fourteen years in the category and a much larger public review base (51 Capterra and 20 G2 reviews were counted in August 2026; WaiverKit has none in that category).
- Integrations with booking and point-of-sale systems that WaiverKit does not offer; we have not verified their scope, so treat them as a question to ask Smartwaiver.
- Higher tiers that scale to 2,500 signings a month with a dedicated product team behind them.
Where WaiverKit is stronger
- Five times the included volume at the entry price, and a soft cap that never blocks a signer at the door.
- Nineteen interface languages for signers; the English templates are written for US law, the translated template pages adapt to each language's main jurisdiction, and no version carries a jurisdiction-specific legal review.
- Every plan, including Free, stores the evidence record (server timestamp, IP, device, template version hash, consent version) and exports the PDF.
- A public trust center that names where data is processed and what a record proves, with an evidence owner per claim.
What this comparison does not cover
Feature-by-feature equivalence, kiosk hardware, support quality, uptime and integrations were not tested side by side. Smartwaiver's prices and allowances are the audit's retrieval, not a checkout total. Nothing here is a claim that WaiverKit replaces every Smartwaiver feature.
