What happens when I hit my waiver limit?

Nothing stops. Every plan includes a monthly volume — Free 30, Starter 500, Pro 5,000 — and signings always go through, even past it. We email the owner so they can upgrade when it makes sense. Business is unlimited under typical use.

Are the digital signatures legally binding?

Yes. WaiverKit captures signatures with a timestamp, IP address, browser/device details, and a tamper-evident template hash. Our signatures are designed for ESIGN Act (United States) and UETA (state-level) workflows.

Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your account settings. When you upgrade, you are billed the prorated difference. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Your signed waivers stay in your account after you cancel. The account drops back to the Free plan — 30 signings per month and PDF export included — and everything you already collected stays accessible and searchable.

How do you keep my data secure?

Customer data and signed waivers are stored on Neon (managed Postgres) with encryption at rest and in transit. Signature images and generated PDFs are stored on Cloudflare R2. We do not run our own backups beyond what these providers do; export your data via the dashboard if you need offline copies.
