Built for trampoline and jump parks

Clear the Saturday birthday-party queue.

Parents scan a QR code from the parking lot, sign one waiver covering every kid on the pass, and walk straight to the court. Front desk checks a screen, not a clipboard stack, with electronic signatures recognized under ESIGN and UETA.

How it worksSpecimen
  1. Parent scans the parking-lot or lobby QR code before entry.
  2. They add every child on the party, acknowledge double-bounce, foam-pit, and head-landing risks, then sign.
  3. Front desk searches each jumper's name in the signed-waiver list, signed PDF stored with IP and timestamp.

Birthday parties stop clogging the desk

One parent can waiver the whole guest list from the car. Front desk checks names against a signed list instead of printing a fresh form for each kid. In our illustrative Saturday scenario the clipboard queue disappears; your numbers depend on your desk.

Double-bounce and foam-pit risks, on record

Separate acknowledgment clauses for the most common injury patterns, double-bouncing, awkward landings, foam-pit entries, so a signed waiver shows the jumper accepted each specific risk before they ever went airborne.

Minor supervision clauses, on the record

Parental consent is tied to an adult signer record with IP and timestamp. When an insurance adjuster asks who signed for a 9-year-old, you have the signer name, browser/device details, and a SHA-256 template hash.

Three questions buyers ask

Can one parent sign for the whole party?
Yes: the guardian lists every child and signs once; each child appears on the record and the PDF.
How does the desk check who is cleared?
The dashboard search by name shows the signed record and its time; kiosk mode on a tablet handles walk-ins without a phone.
What will an insurer see?
The PDF with the acknowledged clauses, the guardian's signature, the server timestamp, IP and device, and the template version hash. Not a legal opinion on enforceability.

Common questions

Trampoline park waiver questions

Can a parent waiver multiple kids in one form?

Yes. The parent or guardian enters every child on the birthday party, acknowledges the risks once, and signs once. The signed waiver records the adult signer plus every child listed on that form.

What about walk-ins during a rush?

Walk-ins scan the lobby QR code instead of filling out a paper form. Kiosk mode (Starter) loops back to a blank form after each signature, so an iPad on the counter keeps clearing families while your staff sizes socks (example, not a measured figure).

Will this waiver hold up if a jumper breaks something?

Trampoline park cases often turn on whether specific risks were acknowledged. WaiverKit stores initialed clauses with IP, timestamp, and template hash, giving your insurer a focused evidence record.
