How do we handle reformer versus mat class waivers?
Create a separate waiver type per class. A mat waiver is simpler, a reformer waiver includes machine-specific language, students sign whichever matches their booking.
Do members re-sign every year?
Yes, on the validity window you set. Most studios pick 12 months. Members get a one-tap prompt, sign from their phone, and are back on the schedule the same day.
A client returns after pregnancy or an injury. Do we re-sign?
Send the link and let her sign again. The old record stays as it is. The new one carries today's answers. Search her name or email and both come up, newest first.
We rewrote the reformer wording. Does that change old records?
No. Each signature stores the text shown that day, with its version number. A member of six years keeps six records, each at its own wording. The new text applies from the next signature on.
