Waiver software for parkour gyms

WaiverKit is digital waiver software for parkour gyms: open gym walk-ins, class students, and party guests sign on their phone before they step on the mat. Parent or guardian consent is captured, injury notes stay on the record, kiosk mode handles the 6pm rush.

Open gym hits at 6pm and forty kids pour through the door. Every one of them is cleared on the front-desk tablet before they hit the first vault.

The 6pm open gym rush stops clogging the lobby

Forty kids in ten minutes used to mean a clipboard jam at the desk. They scan on the way in, sign on their phone in the lobby, and you stop hiring a second desk person just for Saturday evenings.

Parent consent that survives birthday parties

A nine-year-old's birthday guests arrive with guardians, not always parents. The consent link goes to whoever books the party, gets forwarded to each guest parent, and every sign-off ties to the right kid.

Coaches spot old injuries before a new one

The waiver captures prior injuries. The coach opens the record before warmup, sees the kid with the sprained ankle from last month, and pulls the progression back without calling them out.

Questions

Common questions from parkour gyms

How does open gym work when fifty kids sign in within ten minutes?

Every kid scans the counter QR on their own phone and signs while their parent drops them off. The desk only intervenes for walk-ins without a phone, usually handled on the kiosk tablet.

Do membership waivers auto-renew?

Set the validity period to match your membership. Members get a one-tap re-sign prompt when it lapses. No desk chase.

Can we require a parent signature for everyone under 14?

Yes. Set the age threshold on the waiver type. Anyone under that age must be signed for by a parent or guardian before the waiver can clear to valid.

One adult turns up with four kids. Do they sign four times?

No. They pick the guardian option and add each child by name and date of birth, up to twenty on one signature. All four names sit on the record and print on the PDF.

The desk tablet gets passed down a line of kids. Does it hold the last one's details?

No. Fifteen seconds after a signature the kiosk clears itself to a blank welcome screen. A kid who wanders off half-done clears after ninety. Staff can also tap through immediately for the next in line.
