Birthday parties stop running late
The 3pm party used to start at 3:20 because parents were still filling out forms. Now the parent of the booking gets a link to share, guests sign before arrival, and the briefing starts on time.

Waiver software for laser tag arenas
WaiverKit is digital waiver software for laser tag arenas: party guests, walk-ins, and league players sign on their phone before the briefing. Each guest's parent signs from their own phone, staff searches the signed-waiver list by name, no paperwork pile at the counter.
Ten kids show up for a birthday with one parent and nine goodie bags. Every kid is signed in before the vests come off the charging rack.
30 signings a month free. No credit card.

Walk-ins get through the desk faster
Weekend walk-ins scan a QR on the counter and sign on their own phone. You stop handing out clipboards and pens that always walk off, and your host stays focused on bookings.
League night runs itself
Season waivers are on file for returning players, so the weekly check is a name search in the signed-waiver list. New players sign once, and their waiver stays valid for the expiry you set.

Three questions buyers ask
- How fast can a birthday party of twelve sign?
- Each player scans the QR code and signs on their own phone; one guardian can sign for several minors on Pro and Business. Kiosk mode on a shared tablet is on Starter and up.
- Can returning players skip the waiver?
- Each signing creates its own record; there is no automatic reuse across visits. Search the archive by name to confirm a previous signing.
- What does the record contain?
- The answers as typed, the signature image, the server timestamp, IP and device, the template version and SHA-256 hash, and the consent text version. Editing the template later never changes an existing record.
Questions
Common questions from laser tag arenas
Our birthday parties arrive as a group. Can parents sign for other kids?
Each guest parent signs for their own child. The booking parent shares a single link with the invite, and each family signs from their own phone. Every kid is tied to the right signature.
Can we set a waiver to expire after a year?
Yes. Set a validity window per waiver type. Returning players get a reminder email seven days before theirs lapses (Starter and up), walk-ins sign fresh each visit.
What if a guest forgets their phone?
Kiosk mode on your front-desk tablet lets anyone sign in person. Same form, same record, the guest just signs with a finger instead of scanning a QR.
