- Can every thrower in a lane sign on their own phone?
- Yes. Each thrower scans the QR code at the lane or the bar and signs on their own phone; the names appear in the searchable list as the server accepts them.
- Can I require initials on the alcohol and footwear rules?
- Yes. Add an initials field under each rule and mark it required; the form refuses to submit until the initials are entered, and they are printed on the PDF.
- Who can see the signed waivers?
- The owner account, and on Business separate staff logins with their own activity log. Records stay searchable for as long as your account exists.

Common questions from axe throwing venues
Can we force a sobriety question on the waiver?
Yes. Add any required question, including a checkbox acknowledging the venue's alcohol policy. The waiver cannot be submitted until it is answered, so every signed waiver carries the answer.
Our coaches work from phones, not iPads. Is that fine?
Yes. The dashboard works on a phone. Coaches open the signed-waiver list on their own phone and search a name to see whether that person has signed, without touching a kiosk.
Can we block under-18s from signing at all?
Add a required checkbox confirming the signer is 18 or older: the waiver cannot be submitted without it. WaiverKit does not check age itself, so staff still checks ID at the lane.
