Common questions from rage rooms
Can we require PPE acknowledgement as a separate checkbox?
Yes. Add as many required acknowledgements as your insurer wants. If a required box isn't ticked, the waiver cannot be submitted, so a signed waiver always carries every acknowledgement.
What about bachelorette parties where people have been drinking?
The waiver includes a 'fit to participate' clause the guest signs themselves. Staff still makes the final call at the door, but you have a record the guest claimed sobriety when they booked.
Can we set an 18+ minimum?
Add a required checkbox confirming the signer is 18 or older: the waiver cannot be submitted without it. WaiverKit does not check age itself, so staff still checks ID for an adults-only session.
