- Can drivers sign at the kiosk while they wait for the briefing?
- Yes. Kiosk mode on a shared tablet is on Starter and up; drivers can also scan the QR code and sign on their own phone. Staff see each name in the list as the server accepts it.
- How does minor signing work for junior karts?
- On Pro and Business the guardian selects the minor path, adds each child and signs once; the record ties the adult signer to every child listed. Whether the waiver binds the minor depends on your state.
- Can I export records for my insurer?
- Yes. Each record is a PDF with the answers, signature, server timestamp, IP, device, template version and hash; CSV export of the list is on Starter and up.

Common questions from go-kart tracks
How do we handle corporate endurance events with 30 drivers?
Send the signing link with the booking. Each driver signs on their phone from anywhere. The signed-waiver list shows who has signed, so you compare it with your booking list and chase only the drivers missing from it.
Can we enforce a minimum age per kart class?
Use one waiver type per kart class, each with a required checkbox confirming the class's minimum age (8+ for juniors, 16+ for adults). The form cannot be submitted without it; WaiverKit does not verify age, so staff still checks at the grid.
How fast does the grid marshal see a new signature?
As soon as the driver submits it: the signed waiver is saved at once and appears in the signed-waiver list when the marshal refreshes it. Drivers sign on their own phones over their own data, so your counter iPad is never the thing holding up a heat.
