Use one waiver type per machine. A UTV waiver can require the driver's license number as a field and a checkbox confirming a valid license, a youth quad waiver a checkbox confirming the minimum age. WaiverKit does not verify either, so staff checks the license and age before handing over keys.
Each rider scans the same QR and signs on their own phone. A 10-person tour signs in about 3 minutes, the guide checks the names in the signed-waiver list and starts the walk-through.
