Three questions buyers ask

Can guests sign before they reach the tower?: Yes. Send the link with the booking or put the QR code at check-in; the signed record is in your list before the harness briefing, with the server timestamp, IP and device.
Can the form collect weight limits and medical conditions?: Yes. Add a required checkbox for the weight limit and a text field for conditions; only the fields you add are collected and the answers are printed on the PDF.
What happens to the record if I change the waiver text later?: Nothing. Each record keeps the template version it was signed under and its SHA-256 hash; editing the template creates a new version for future signings.

Common questions from zipline courses

Our base station has terrible signal. How do guests sign there?

Mostly before they arrive. The signing link goes in the booking confirmation, guests sign on the drive up while they still have bars, and the guide checks their names in the signed-waiver list at the base. Keep the kiosk tablet where you do have a usable signal for the walk-ins.

Can we require weight on the waiver?

Yes. Mark the weight field as required. The guest can't submit without entering it, so your guides never show up to a platform with a missing figure.

How do school groups sign?

Send the link home with the permission slip email. Parents sign from their own phone, the teacher sees each signed waiver arrive in the dashboard, and the trip leaves with zero paperwork at the base.
