Waiver software for surf schools

WaiverKit is digital waiver software for surf schools: lesson students, camp kids, and rental customers sign on their phone from the car park or the beach kiosk. Parents or guardians can sign for minors, visiting students sign in their own language, no clipboards getting wet in a dry bag.

Group of six shows up for a lesson. Everyone signs on their own phone at the car park before the boards come off the rack. You're in the water five minutes earlier.

Group scans the QR code on your booking email or a beach sign

Each student signs on their own phone, parents co-sign for under-18s

Instructor sees a green check on their phone, lesson starts

Lessons start on time

No paper in the sand, no pens that stopped writing yesterday. The group signs before they pick up a board, your instructor checks the list on their phone, lesson goes.

Summer camps stop leaking parents

Camp kids show up with a parent who has 4 minutes before they leave. Parent signs from their own phone, you keep that signature on file for the whole 2-week camp. No more chasing at pickup.

Every language your break attracts

A German family and a Brazilian on the same 10am lesson each sign in their own language. Nineteen languages ship with WaiverKit, the student picks theirs on the form, and the record stores which language they actually agreed in.

Questions

Common questions from surf schools

We run group lessons of 6-10 students. Do we buy 10 tablets?

No. Each student scans a shared QR code and signs on their own phone. You only need a tablet if you want a kiosk at the shop for walk-ins with no phone.

What about summer camps where parents drop kids and leave?

Parent signs once from their phone when they book or at drop-off. The signature covers the whole camp duration, so you're not chasing at pickup.

Our beach kiosk has patchy signal. What happens then?

Students on their own phone sign over their own cell data, so the kiosk is only there for walk-ins without one. Keep it where the signal is usable, or hand walk-ins the QR code and let them sign on a friend's phone.
