Yes. WaiverKit captures signatures with a timestamp, IP address, and device fingerprint. Our signatures are compliant with the 電子簽章法 Act (United States) and (state-level) regulations.

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your account settings. When you upgrade, you are billed the prorated difference. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Customer data and signed waivers are stored on Neon (managed Postgres) with encryption at rest and in transit. Signature images and generated PDFs are stored on Cloudflare R2. Use the dashboard exports if you need offline copies.
