On the Free plan, the 11th waiver in a month is rejected at signing time until the cycle resets or you upgrade. Paid plans include unlimited signed waivers, so there is no cap to hit.

Yes. WaiverKit captures signatures with a timestamp, IP address, and device fingerprint. Our signatures are compliant with the ESIGN Act (United States) and UETA (state-level) regulations.

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your account settings. When you upgrade, you are billed the prorated difference. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Your signed waivers stay in your account after cancellation. The account drops back to the Free plan, so new signing is capped at 10 per month, but the history stays accessible. Export tools (PDF and CSV) need a paid plan, so export before you downgrade if you want offline copies.

Customer data and signed waivers are stored on Neon (managed Postgres) with encryption at rest and in transit. Signature images and generated PDFs are stored on Cloudflare R2. Use the dashboard exports if you need offline copies.
